Privacy policy

This page is a placeholder. AdaptiveVPN has not yet completed the legal and data-residency review required to publish a final Privacy Policy, and makes no retention or “we store nothing” claims until that review is done.
What we collect today
Account identity (an Apple sign-in subject or a verified email), session metadata, device display names and status, support tickets you create, and billing records for a paid subscription if you have one.
What we do not collect
We do not log the websites you visit, your DNS history, or the content of your VPN traffic. Diagnostic reports you choose to attach to a support ticket contain technical codes only — never URLs, tokens, or private keys.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion from your account settings. It is a separate step from cancelling a subscription — see the account page for both.
